Have Hope; Will Travel

with Katie Axelson

We are always traveling somewhere. To work. From school. To another country. Back home. Across town. Around the planet.

A lot of life is viewed through the glass windows of cars, busses, and airplanes.

We travel through seasons of life. Seasons of joy, seasons of peace, seasons of pain, seasons of busy, seasons of stuck, season of excitement.

Regardless of what season you find yourself it, you are welcome here.

As we journey together, let’s remind each other of the hope we hold in Jesus.

There’s a story in Luke 5 about some friends digging a hole in the roof to get their paralyzed friend to Jesus.

Sometimes you get to be one of the friends digging through every barricade to get our friend to Jesus.

Sometimes you’re the individual being lowered–paralyzed in a hard situation or hard season, unable to get out alone.

Sometimes you’re Jesus, offering a cup of grace to someone in need of some love.

You’re in the right place.

Here at Have Hope; Will Travel we recognize we all travel through those different roles at different points of our lives.

Regardless of where you find yourself today, I’m so glad you’re here.

I hope God gets your attention through the podcast.

Because the only place I want to travel is towards Him.

Grab your purse, let’s go!
